Description
Operating conditions
- Temperature up to 500°C
- Pressure with vaccum at 300 gauge bars
- Viscosity up to 1000 Pas
Agitation Impellers:
The agitators, can receive, in addition of traditional propellers, patented propellers HPM, Sabre® anchors, ribbon, self-suction turbine and any propeller designed by the customer.
The Robin A5 type is used in open tank at atmospheric pressure.
The shaft is only guided with the gear box, then this mixer is fitted with «short shaft», with moderate flexion strength.

- Bottom bearing: for long shaft, or high flexion strength due to severe operating conditions (gas injection …), this device, holds the shaft at its tip, with a PTFE bushing, the static part of the bottom bearing must be welded on the bottom vessel with feet.
